After discussing it with a number of people outside of the other forum thread, it seems like this is going to happen one way or another. As with last year, this is going to be a matter of first come, first served. The people who voted in the first thread have been added, as have a number of others who I've discussed this with outside of the forum.

As of right now, no payments are being collected for the picture. Not at least until we get a few more names on here. Payments are going to be collected by me and then forwarded on to Shay as a lump sum. I'll let you know when payments are going to be accepted, and it's looking to be that the piece will start around the first week of August. Further details regarding payments for the work will be posted here as things progress, and I'll send each person currently signed up a message informing them of these changes.

Right now, it looks as though it will cost $45 per slot. Each character will be worked on for a number of hours, so the quality will be pretty schmick. Shay has authorised partial payments, so if $45 is too many shekels for you to drop in a single purchase, you can pay half up-front and half as things progress. As long as Shay gets the money deserved, I don't mind. Small characters may be eligible for a discount, but this is on a case-by-case basis. If you have questions about this, send me a message and I'll see what I can work out for you.

If you would like your name on the list, please post a comment here, or message me directly through the forums. Please don't just send me an IM or a whisper in the chat, I need receipts so no one gets missed. If your name is on the list and you change your mind, please message me directly and I'll update things.

Finally, once you sign up to this, we need your character reference. If you've posted to the character info section of the forum, great; you've done most of the work. Just toss the link into your post and I can recover information from there. Reference images are greatly appreciated. Here are some things which Shay would like included, in addition to your character reference.

Standard price: $45 USD
Discounted price: $25 USD Discount only applies to people marked with an asterisk. These are characters which are very small.

Payments are to be made to the FW Paypal account. When you make your payment, enter your username into the payment comments. I will then mark your name off the list as paid, and that's the end of what you need to do.

Partial payments are being accepted. If you cannot afford the full $45 now, you can elect to pay half now, and the other half before August 17th, which is the deadline for people getting their character info/payments in. If you encounter issues in getting the other half of the payment in by that time, I urge you to come talk to me and we can work something out.

Mikkaddo is a 7 foot tall black furred wolf, long black hair that goes down just past the shoulders.
Red eyes.

Wears all black, shirt, pants, boots, and a long trench coat, I say "long" trench coat as in it reaches to his ankles.

Pose would be a sitting position at the bar (if the bar itself is the location) holding a martini, his arm lifting it in the air.

I'm only teasing of course, but seriously, I just wanted to pop in and thank everyone who has shown an interest in this project. I'm really excited to participate in this project, and even though I've only peeked at a few references I can honestly say that it's going to be a blast drawing your lovely characters.

Also eventually I'd love to hear if anyone has any suggestions as far as setting is concerned, or if you guys want it to be surprised. I have a couple of fun ideas I've been playing around with in my head, but I'd love any input you might have.

Any questions you have, don't hesitate to pop Kor and I a message. He seems to be handling everything perfectly anyway (and more of you are familiar with him than you are with me) but I want to give the option anyway. Thank you all again!

For the Expression, I think it'd be fitting to have Laffin laughing or giggling at something. Laffin is gnerally laid back and likes to laugh. A lot.

As for pose, Laffin would probably be in a laid back pose. He usually looks 'slinky' or lanky and stuff like that... Very relaxed and kind of aloof.

Laffin is 5'9", which is, I think, fairly average height.

As for interactions with other characters, I'm not partial either way, though it'd be nice for Laffin to seem to be laughing at a joke someone says or something...

Concerning additional details, Laffin is straight, so wouldn't be all clingy on a male or anything... and if he's holding a drink, it'd likely be unsweetened hot blueberry tea. As for clothing, he'd have the outfit in the ref sheet, and Laffin often wears a black combat knife on his hip.

Laffins color scheme is Maroon, Eggshell white, and graphite grey, with steel blue eyes and brown hair.

His glasses are rectangular arm-less glasses, usually portrayed as rimless, wire/ghost rimmed, or steel rimmed.

The only other notable detail is that the grey tips on his ears are on sort of an angle... hard to describe verbally, but i can provide a pic that shows it... here... (WARNING: Old art, low quality! http://www.furaffinity.net/full/7323885/ )

Well timber is usually found behind the bar, before he migrated here from TK he worked as the taverns unofficial barkeep, he stands at 6'3 and is quite the brute of a wolf weighing at 250-300lbs  he usually wears no shirt but a olive drab apron and pants held up by his sturdy pistiol belt, timber is often the strong silent "good ole boy" type or just being lewd. Maybe put him more in the background pouring someone a drink (or sampleing the bourbon whiskey)
