That was surprisingly good and the choreography was incredible.

Tango by Crazy Loop
I don't know what it is about this song but I love it, definitely up there in my "favourite song" category.  I like the rest of their stuff but its so very different from this song that I don't know where it came from.  My campers over the summer loved this particular one as well.

As for genre...pop-y rockish?  The CD calls it dance, but I don't believe it for this song.

Glad to hear some good old Gaelic folk music, Tsu.  ^^

CellDweller - The Last Firstborn.

This was a fun one I recently discovered. It's hybrid Trance/Metal. For example, at 1:00 in it seamlessly transfers from what sounds like a screaming Metal part straight to a pulsed Trance chorus with a solo female opera of sorts at 1:13 which is just beautiful.

And that games soundtrack has a few others like it you might wanna check out. <3
Will change to something better eventually.

CellDweller isn't too bad...not a huge fan, myself.  But that could be due to the fact that I just generally hate my friend's taste in anything and Celldweller is one of her favourite bands.  If you like them try Spineshank-Synthetic

Or

Adema-Giving In

Doesn't have the techno stuff, but I find the style to be relatively similar.

Stoat, I don't see what's so unusual about the last song you posted. It sounds to me just like the usual drivel that teenagers listen to constantly...

Johnny Hollow - Nova Heart

I guess this could be classified as "Ambient Gothic", or something like that. This is a particularly lovely song.

Really?  You liked the first one over the second one?  I must prefer Adema to Spineshank, but I seriously hate Spineshank.  (Hate)

Anyways, I was just offering music that I found to be in a similar theme in case some one else likes it, this is a thread for people to expand their musical taste and I won't rail on someone just because they like a different kind of music than me.

Korpiklaani-Journey Man

Folk metal.

I still can't believe that more people aren't posting in this thread.  o.O

Anime Munters

It was unusual, but I was cracking up. If you like anime, this is perfect for ya. Then again.. it's gay stuff... but still if you have an open mind you'll crack up. Many many MANY anime males in the vid!

Three songs, one webpage.

This is my cousin so I doubt anyone knows her. Last of the True Believers is the best song in my opinion.

One word, Buckethead.

Also, for some really trippy sounding stuff, check out the late Sparkle Horse. It's mixed to sound like your stuck between two radio stations. It's actually truly amazing.

As unusual as Buckethead is...he really isn't *that* good, he just put a bucket on his head and became famous that way.  When I said Cruel and Unusual I really mean stuff that isn't already famous.  XD

Driz; Jizz in my Pants is one of the more famous internet songs.  It is cruel, but not unusual.  ;D

Dru; nice music but, personally, I'm not a fan of country.  ^^  Hopefully someone else stumbles across her.

They only have one song but Tirehtöörit is Finnish ska.

Nickleback is cruel and unsual

Well, while I do think Buckethead is a, more interesting, composer than say, Malmsteen, his stuff with Praxis is much better I think than his solo work.

(Also, Sparklehorse is one word, not two. My bad.)

Anyway, if your looking for something really trippy and fairly unknown, you could check out Aa. I love the song "Mossy." Really interesting stuff.

Also, "Sabali" by Amadou And Mariam is pretty odd too, but I do enjoy it.

Nickelback is just plain shitty.  Only cruel is forced to listen to it for extended periods of time...it could be considered torture.
