So, I saw this on face book and rather liked the idea.

Build a team using 1 marvel character, 1 DC character,  1 game character, 1 anime character.

My choices are:
Anime: Lina Inverse- she's a powerful arcane caster with enough knowledge of magic to create new spells as well as utilize the most powerful spells of her world.  She's also a brilliant strategist.  Though she can be hot tempered.
Video: Master Chief- a master at almost all firearms, alien or Terran. He's super strong, a great combat tactician, and has luck on his side.
DC: The White Lantern- Master of the entire emotional spectrum and the life equation itself.  Kyle is resourceful and creative.  His constructions can even number in the thousands or have enough depth that they take on lives of their own.
Marvel: Dr. Doom- a mastermind able to defeat such creatures as the beyonders, beings that killed off eternity, infinity, and the other abstracts of the universe.  He's a master if both technology and occult powers.  He can easily take control of the group to get the most effective results and support any of the others

Sure, why not.

Animu - Guts, the Black Swordsman. Guts is an insurmountable vehicle of rage and power. Even if he's physically broken, his armour will hold him together long enough for him to get the kill.

Vidya - Raziel, the Soul Reaver. A twice-dead vampire who feasts on souls and has a sword made out of other, lesser souls. Sounds good to me.

ACϟDC -Super Hip. Look at that smug piece of shit. I don't actually care much for DC, he'd probably be fun to smack around though.

Marvoo - Hulk. An enormous anger engine that punches out gods. Bonus points if he's got the Infinity Gauntlet with all the gems socketed.

This sounds pretty fun actually, even if my choices may be a bit obvious for me.

Marvel: Spider-Man - Though not the most powerful choice, his natural agility and sense of danger would make it hard for him to take a hit. He also does have super strength to some degree even if it's not shown off as a main ability. Plus, I find him funny.

Anime: Ryuko Matoi - Though usually only able to unlock her full potential with Senketsu, Ryuko can easily hold her own thanks to her nature as a being of Life Fibers. As shown in the graduation episode and when she goes rogue, there isn't really much that can hinder her if she remains determined on her goal.

Video Game: Bayonetta - Everyone should've seen this coming from me. An Umbra Witch with the power of hell on her side, she's pretty much unstoppable. She summons demons made of her hair. She has punched a goddess into the sun. She destroyed the evil half of the creator of the universe. And also, guns in her shoes. Sassy, sexy and will kick your ass.

DC: Batman - Mostly due to his science/tech mastery and being (slightly) more of a tactician rather than outright brute. With a plethora of gadgets and technologies available to him to fight crime, Batman can adapt to a lot of a situations no matter what Gotham or the world may throw at him.
"If I didn't know any better, I'd say you were the most persistent stalker I've met yet."

Murdoc

I am lazy and also on a phone so typing out the reasons why I'd want them would take too much effort...
Marvel: Deadpool
DC: Nobody
Animu/mango: November 11 (Darker Than Black)
Vijya geam: Joker (Mass Effect)
