This thread is being created for roleplayers to post their preferences so that fellow roleplayers can look through and find individuals with like tastes to participate in roleplays with.

The concept is to encourage communication between members of the community, the overall goal is to breed longer-lasting role-plays.  (Also, it just makes our lives easier when we have an RP idea and just don't have the manpower to work it.)

You don't need to follow it, but posted below is a template to help you get started if you don't quite know where to begin with your post.

By posting in this thread, you subject yourself to receiving any number of private-message or visitor message invites - however, you are not obligated to respond. Which messages you choose to respond to, and what role-plays you choose to participate in are completely up to you, the role-player.

Where do you think all these appalling wars and quarrels come from?  Do you think they just happen?  Think again.  They come about because you want your own way, and fight for it deep within yourselves.

User name: Amina

Roleplaying Skill Level:  High-end casual is where I tend to hover with ability.  My grammar is fine, fluency fine, flow fine, but my vocabulary could use some expansion and I oftentimes am stuck as far as what to do next, leaving my post lengths rather short unless I'm really deep into the roleplay and my partner is excellent.  I can do advanced sessions (i.e., 2500-word posts and the like--but I'd rather not).

Preferred Genres:  Fantasy, Romance, Adventure, Mystery, Psycho Thriller

Sub-genres/common settings I enjoy are:
-School/University roleplays
-Potterverse (Ack!  Love.)
-Family roleplays
-Slave RPs
-Whodunnits
-Anything to do with the Fey (in general)
-Celestials (angel/demon)

Preferred type of play:  I most prefer one on one roleplays in chat, but if you can get together a group, I'd be more than willing to play.  I'll do forum roleplay but only if well-regulated by the GM.

Extra information:  I'm always willing to make a new character for a roleplay idea if one I have already doesn't fit the bill.

User name: Drizelda

Roleplaying Skill Level:  Casual. If I need to type long paragraph sentences, I will, but only if the RP requires me to write many sentences will I. <3

Preferred Genres: Fantasy, Futuristic, Modern and Romance. What I generally like to play are:
school rps (high/college),
slave rps,
cyborg rps (futuristic),
any kind of romance rp I generally deal with (unless its abusive, which I refuse),
Magical beings (dragons, magic/spells, casters, knights...) Fantasy rps too!

Preferred type of play:  One v. One (chat or forum), I like group rps on the forums, but I really hate them when people say they'll do it, but become inactive... if you don't have the time to do it, then don't try to commit to the rp, please.

Extra information: I don't mind making new characters for rps.. but I'd like to just change bits and pieces from my original fursona. ^^;  So I don't forget about them or have to change too much about them.

~Chocolate and Catnip, what can be better?

User name: QBKebauet

Roleplaying Skill Level:  Advanced when I want to be, though I tend to hover about a casual level more often than not.

Preferred Genres: Modern and (oddly enough) Romance.

Preferred type of play:  One on one, as it's simpler to keep focus on, as opposed to groups, where if one person leaves it throws everything off temporarily.

Extra information:  Most of the time my RP's will fit Qaja in one way or another. I don't have the will or the attention span to have more than one character.
Toothcat!

User name: Zerrif Astaire

Roleplaying Skill Level:  I'm comfortable enough with how I roleplay, but don't believe that roleplaying should be set into a tier like this. As long as you have fun with it, it's good. And legible, of course.

Preferred Genres: Any. I'm a whore.

Preferred type of play:  Any. I like One on one better but a good group RP can be amazing and epic-- but it needs everyone to commit.

Extra information:  Um... I have lots of characters for different time eras and stuff. I'm also a whore for RP.
(14:25:43) Zerrif: My sister just made me deep throat a granola bar.
(14:25:43) Zerrif: .-.
(14:25:53) Tsunama: Faggot.
(14:25:58) Bellatrix:  Sexy zerr o.0
(14:25:58) Sabata_McCloud: You enjoyed it.
(14:26:00) Dissius: Should have been easy for you Zerr.

Oh fine, I'll make one.

===

User name:  Sabata McCloud

Roleplaying Skill Level:  Higher Casual.  I try to do one or two paragraphs at least, but I match my partner's style if it makes things easier.

Preferred Genres:
-Modern
-Sci-Fi
-Fantasy
-Action/Adventure
-Suspense
-Survival Horror
-Post-Apocalyptic

Preferred type of play:  It really doesn't matter.  I'm more for one-on-one RP.  I tend to stay away from groups (5+ players) since they tend to be difficult to run with each player's varying schedule, but small groups (3-4 players) are fine.

Extra information:  Not really.  I primarily use Sabata for roleplays unless he doesn't fit into the situation, in which case I'll make a character.  I'm also open for RP anytime, so just ask.  But be legible and have proper grammar please.  >.>
"Of course you don't know.  You don't know because only I know.  If you knew and I didn't know, then you'd be teaching me instead of me teaching you.  And a student who teaches teachers is presumptuous and rude.  Do I make myself clear?"

User name: Jaetyn

Roleplaying Skill Level:  Casual, I'm not very good at putting out pages of role play but I can generally get a few paragraphs and I think that my spelling and grammar are at a competent level.

Preferred Genres: I am good with just about anything that isn't sci-fi or magical type stuff.

Preferred type of play:  I'm up for just about any type of play.  I'm pretty easy going.

Extra information:  My character is under aged and I know that is an issue for a lot of players so I'm informing you right at the beginning.

User name: Yoko Akechi

Roleplaying Skill Level:
~ I would consider my Rp skills Casual to Advanced, depending of course on how comfortable I am with the Character I am using.

Preferred Genres:
~ Casual (Ex. coffee, bar, Etc.)
~ Fantasy/ Mythical
~ Romance/ Break up
~ Mystery / Suspense
~ Thriller

Preferred type of play:
~I much prefer One on One Roleplays But I have been knows to join with a max of five people.

Extra information:
~ I have a variety of different characters that I can use during a Roleplay, and I'm a post whore when I get into it.
There is only one rule
NEVER BE BORING
Always Dress CUTE
Never BLEND in..

~ Happily mated to Sasha Akechi ~

User name: Argon

Roleplaying Skill Level: Elitist jerk (Advanced)

Preferred Genres: Dark Fantasy with extra grit, or Dark Future with extra grit

Preferred type of play:  Good old pen and paper RPGs, but since this is a forum I'll have to make due with what is available, I like live session stuff like chat + vent

Extra information:  I may want to put a group together!

User name: Stakie

Roleplaying Skill Level:  A higher casual to advanced.
Preferred Genres: I am a Fantasy whore.
I can do some modern.
Sci-Fi is okay.
(Just ask for other genres)

Preferred type of play:  I rarely do one on ones.
I love groups.
I play lots of dice oriented role plays.

Extra information:
I enjoy many forms of roleplay. Interested more so in if someone is actually trying then whether or not a person can do 50 lines. Put in the effort and enjoy!

User name: Fawkes Werefox

RolePlaying Skill Level: Mainly Casual, but when faced with massive walls of post I will actually one up and make my post bigger, or at least equal the size.

Preferred Genres: Fantasy, Modern, Victorian, College/Academy, Shower/Locker rooms,
Dark Fantasy, and Master and pet/slave RPs. Generally I'm okay with about any Genre really. Bit touchy on futuristic ones though.

Preferred Type of play: I mainly do one on one RPs but I can be coaxed into doing some group RPs. I would take chat RP over forum RP just because when a response is made it's instant with out having to refresh every 5 minutes waiting for a reply XD But that does not mean I don't do Forum RPs :P

Extra Information: Okay, I'm just throwing it out there in the open, I am experienced in soft vore RPs, both predator and prey, I don't get off on it, I just find it something rather amusing XD
Also I will NOT do anything sexual with Fawkes he is already mated, any other non sexual RPs with him are fine. Also I will add new characters for an RP if the need arises.
"It's really not that hard, just need to know where to look"

Name: Dissius

RolePlaying Skill Level: Casual to Advanced

Preferred Genres:
~Fantasy
~Adventure
~Modern Fantasy
~Modern Adventure
~Futuristic  Noir (think Blade Runner)
~Futuristic Adventure (Think Outlaw Star)
I am also open for trying new things.

Preferred Type of play: I can either play one on one or in a group as I come from the GameFAQs era of Roleplays.  If you are unfamiliar with it search Gaw's Laws and you may or may not find the info surrounding the play rules I go by.

Extra information: I tend to try and keep myself open for most things and most ideas.  I understand that Diss isn't exactly an ideal for the younger roleplays but I'm not against tweaking his age and appearance for that.  He's just my bread and butter since the old days.  Habitual really.  Once I add more characters on to the Character info.  It'll be easier to choose from my list.  I look forward to any RPs.
Had I half the mind, I wouldn't be able to post.

Name Natina

Roleplaying Skill Level:  Casual, lazy

Preferred Genres:
Modern
Fantasy
Game based

Preferred type of play:
One v. one or Two v one in forums
Groups in chat room
Yiffy... if I do it, private or forum

Extra information:
I have a form of dyslexia caused by an astigmatism, it makes it hard for me to read some letters and words.  Also due to said problem, I did not learn grammer and puncuation that well in school.  So it might be a problems with how I type,

User name:
Anastashia Sage
Roleplaying Skill Level:  Casual.

Preferred Genres:
Modern
Stockholm (recently found out about it and loved it)
BDSM
Fantasy (No twilight vamps though)
Assassin
Romance
Book Referenced Ones. (Gene Showalter, Kenyon. Freehan (Love the Ghostwalker series)
Preferred type of play:
One on One, some groups.

Extra information:  I am not a huge pararp writer. 1 to 3 paragraphs. I have some grammar issues and vocabulary issues. As well as without spell check I mispell. I have a few kinks.
Avie and Siggy (future) was drawn by drass. http://www.furaffinity.net/user/drass/

Name: Nester Delgado

Role-playing Skill Level: Pretty darn good when I want to be. I won't go off on tangents about how my character seems doubtful regarding the choice of shoes he decided to wear that day just to fill a page, but I do deliver good content whenever able. Typically I can go several paragraphs provided there is ample content to work with. (Ex. I won't go making things up to fill a paragraph.)
Preferred Genres:
Modern (Just hanging out/schools scenes)
Fantasy
Romance
Futuristic (Aboard a spaceship etc.)
Adventure (Any kind really I suppose)
And I do pretty good noir.

Preferred Type of Play:
Small group of 3-4 perhaps or one on one is fine too.  In my experience, the more people involved, the less fluid the game play.

Extra Information:
I enjoy my writing and often take pride in the work I take seriously. I can and am often willing to play multiple characters/roles which I feel I am excellent in portraying while maintaining very different personalities to each one.
