I actually didn't feel it at all. The lip piercing was far worse. Even my earlobes were worse than the septum. The piercer was phenomenal, though. I always get woozy after a piercing (strangely fine after tattoos, though??) and she went and got me a coke out of the vending machine to try to put something in my stomach to settle me. She was a real sweet heart. ^^;

I've been considering getting more piercings, and I really like the septum, but I'm scared that with the two nose rings on one side and the septum, my face will feel off balance.

My ex girlfriend had that exact thing for a while. She ended up taking the nostril piercings out, and has a double septum now. Which looks hella cool, since she can grab two different sizes of ring and essentially give a 'stacked' effect.
