For myself, it's all about location.

In the U.S., I love ribs. Here, (which is Beijing for those of you that don't know me already) they suck. Bad.

In southern Asian and a few restaurants here, Green Curry for the win. I could eat that stuff all day.

Anything with parma ham too. I love that stuff.

I enjoy a nice hot dish of some strongly flavored meat, fish, or poultry. sides depending on the main course, usually a drier starch for fish (such as fries), potatoes with poultry (mashed of course!), and any number of sides with the meat.

For dessert, i'll usually go for mint chocolate chip ice cream <3, unless it is fall, in which case i opt for apple pie alamode (or however it's spelled) with new york vanilla ice cream.

And to drink? a frosty glass mug of point rootbeer of course!
