Battle of the bands!!!!

Did you listen to guitar riffs as an infant only to find yourself playing them while brushing your teeth?!

Are you willing to put it on the line for a music contract?!

Project suggestion here is, make a band. And make some characters out of them. Big or small as you want. Keep it realistic, (No eddy van halen's or santana's coming out of the wood works) and play your favorite music to win that "battle of the bands!"

But my suggestion is to define your characters, and there music, down to a to a fine point. Say you have a bunch of Grunge artists, and they love to play nirvana. Simple as that.

I was able to think up some things to make it a little more interesting, tell me what you think.

The bands you create must be defined by only a few music genres.

Example: Band A plays grunge, progressive rock, and some black metal. While Band B plays Classic rock, Rap-core, and euro-rock.

No "All around we can play anything from Def leopard to Dragonforce" type of deal.

I am thinking of adding some leniency of a couple choice songs on the behalf of people who wish to play favorite songs but find it not within the genera that they picked.

Judges are real role players who will decide who moves on and who is eliminated.

This could bring a whole new level of complication, but it gives other role players a chance to join in on the RP without having to build a band. Though I do ask to keep an open mind on the songs chosen by the bands, and not to play favorites with roleplayers or characters.
