But in all seriousness, I know I made a thread on here way back when. Things have changed quite a bit over the years. Some things have also stayed the same. One of the things that's changed - I have four characters now! I'm working on a fifth, but he'll come later. For now, I'll introduce The Four in this bizarre universe of "That Damn Toothcat".
First up - you know him, you may or may not love him, it's good ol' Toothcat!
Name: Qaja Badru Kebauet
Nickname(s): Radar, Toothy
Age: 37
Species: Royal Bengal Tiger (Panthera tigris tigris)
Sex: Male
Height: 5'7" (1.70 m)
Weight: 200 lb. (90.7 kg)
Measurements (shoulders, waist, hips): 42, 34, 43
Qaja is essentially an overgrown teenager. Confident, brash, and almost impossibly stubborn, Qaja tends to forget that he is in his late thirties, and is incredibly injury prone. While this outward confidence can certainly rub people the wrong way, the toothcat carries his own set of issues - hypervigilant and mistrusting of most others, those who have earned their way into his good graces will certainly know, whether it's by a two-syllable nickname gifted to them, or the manner in which he will do what he can to help.
It's these insecurities that endear him to the taller and older Natasha (who you'll see next), as well as Olivia and JJ - the latter being especially drawn in by the toothcat's meteorological skill.

Natasha is Qaja's bodyguard and, as he's started to say as of late, "life partner". While it's mostly a little jab to tease the oft-grumpy Natasha, she understands it's a term of endearment. Fiercely protective of the toothcat, she is often found either scolding him for yet another injury, or giving a glare to those he lets in close. Given enough time, she may give you a little smirk - that's when you'll know you've made it. Just don't let Qaja see that smirk, he doesn't often let her live it down.
Batting Third - Olivia!
Name: Olivia Marie Mauer
Nickname: Livvie
Age: 35
Species: Eurasian Otter (Lutra lutra)
Sex: Female
Height: 4'11" (1.5 m)
Weight: 98 lb. (44.5 kg)
Measurements: 32B, 27, 36
Otter chaos - it's a thing. Olivia, while serving as Qaja's personal physician, lives up to her last name. "Mauer", or "Wall" in German, is how she acts in spite of the toothcat's antics...which she sometimes encourages to get under Natasha's skin. A naturally gifted swimmer, she's slowly been working the bottom-heavy toothcat into using swimming to help with his aches and pains. She also tries to make sure he's properly fed. Sometimes it works, others it doesn't.
Last, but not least - JJ!
Name: James Joseph Jäger
Nickname: JJ
Age: 33
Sex: Male
Species: Whitetail Deer (Odocoileus virginianus)
Height: 5'2" (1.57m)
Weight: 160 lb. (73 kg)
Points in Antlers: 8
JJ is as a deer should be - often skittish and anxious. He's also a bit of a perfectionist, and can be quite tough on himself when things go wrong. As Qaja's weather protege, the toothcat tends to be the calm voice of reason when this happens. On the flip side, JJ can act as the voice of reason when Qaja is being too brash (and Natasha hasn't stopped him already). JJ has a natural talent for winter and cold climates when it comes to his weather skills, a good balance to Qaja's lean toward the tropics and temperate climates.
