Title: And along came an Argonian... Wait, what?
Post by: OrangeBlueZ on September 13, 2010, 06:18:53 PM
Greetings, all.  Everyone's favorite oddly colored, swamp dwelling, amphibious reptile reporting in.  I go by Y'zon, and am looking forward to seeing what all this site has to offer!

I've never seen you before, but welcome to FW, Y'zon!  Tell us a bit about yourself.  What kind of genres do you like to RP?  (Do you even like to RP?  XD)  What's a hobby that you hold near and dear to yourself?  What do you do for a living?

I'm Amina, by the way, your friendly neighborhood tiny-cat.  Don't eat me, yip!

I have no idea who, what, or from where you are, but welcome.

Yep, I'm new to this site.  Been RP'ing for quite some time, be it rolling the dice on a tabletop, to forum based like this, or even one of my current favorites, furry MUCKs.  My particular favorite as far as genre would be anything involving adventure, combat, or even some romance on the side, but being the MUCKer I am, I've pretty much seen it all.  Aside from said RP, I'm also an avid gamer, (Wii, XBOX 360, PS3, PC, it's all good to me!) , and a fisherman.  I'm currently serving the US Air Force, and am stationed in FL, (Great fishing, and you cant beat a good swim!), but I'm originally from the midwest, Wyoming and Montana to be precise.  I'm quite easygoing, and pretty in control of myself, so by all means dont be shy to ask anything you'd like! ^.=.^

Oh, and in case the word Argonian seems foreign to you, you probably haven't played any of the Elder Scrolls RPG games.  In a nutshell, an Argonian is an intelligent reptilian race, hailing from a region known as the Black Marsh.  There they adapted, becoming amphibious, and highly resistant to poisons and disease.  Despite their appearance, most are quite friendly, ever curious, and sport pretty distinct personalities. If you find yourself curious, I highly encourage you to look it up sometime on wikipedia, or even try the games yourself!

You're very friendly.  I can tell you and I are really going to get along.

It's really lovely to meet you.  It seems I have some things to learn about you (I've never even heard of Elder Scrolls, so I'll have to look up your species on wiki x3) and that's always fun.  It'll be fun to see you around to site.  Don't forget to be active~!  :3

Hehe, Well thankee! I would certainly hope so, you can bet I'm all for making friends! ^.=.-
Were I not needed for work related stuff early tomorrow, I'd get around to a detailed character description, I'd get to that right now and familiarize myself to all the various threads, but I'll have leave that for next time!

;3  That's okay.  We all have IRL things that we have to attend to first.  I'm just the resident forum whore; feel it's necessary to say something about forum activity. :P

Mmm, Morrowind, one of my favorite games. I prefer Khajiit or Bretons, but Argonians aren't bad for a fighter class. I'm in Florida, too, by the way, but not in the military.

I always preffered Khajiit myself, mostly cause I like to mix stealth with combat, for those times when stealth just isn't really an option. Starting with night vision helps too XD. Didn't really get into Elder Scrolls till Oblivion though, so I mighta missed something. Anywho, hello and welcome as well.
