I actually enjoy pouring those instant oatmeal packets into milk and drinking it, not bothering to heat it. But as far as cereal goes, I'm not too picky. I like everything except "fruity" ones (I like fruit, don't get me wrong, but that crap is /not/ anything even remotely like fruit), really.

But in general, I don't really have a sweet tooth, and would prefer something salty for breakfast.

I may sound like a kid but I always loved Count Chocula. Chocolate cereal with marshmallows, mom always had to get two boxes to make it last for the whole week for me and my brothers, and that's with being restricted to only being able to eat chocolate cereal every other day XD

Are you kidding me?  You get em all soaked up in the milk and they're like the perfect combination of soggy and crunchy for the longest time.  Perfect for people who tend to shovel it down (like myself).  The only other cereal that has flavor of that magnitude is frosted flakes.  But that's just because it can put me into a sugar coma.
