Then by all means, Aaryn, join the group and be online sometime.

Be aware: There will be a friendly game of Killing Floor at 8 PM EST on Steam. Everyone is invited. Further details (such as server IP and password) will be provided on the night.

Playing while we could was a lot of fun on KF. :3

We should do it again some time

Cheeky Stoat

Speaking of again...Maybe Sunday or Monday we could get something going?  By then my schedule should have slowed down and I've already bought Killing Floor.

I'm currently in the process of setting up a game server that'll host a variety of games. Killing Floor, TF2, Minecraft and Terraria. This is a process, mind, and will take time for me to configure everything in my free time. If you can think of any other games you'd like to have servers for, let me know and I can look into setting them up too.

As a result of this work, the FW Steam Group might be a little overshadowed, just until I can finish all the configurations required for this server. Though do feel free to take it upon yourselves to organise events in the meantime.

Oh!  That'd be awesome!  I don't have any game preferences but maybe Rusty Hearts would be good to have since it is free and everyone can then play it (as well as TF2).

Rusty Hearts is an MMO, and as such defers to its developer's servers.

I was thinking of getting a L4D2 group together Friday night around 10pm. Any takers?

Nester Delgado

I might be up for that. I have a few things I need to take care of first, but I should be on late in the evening to play.

Kikonojo

I'm in as me! To start I only have Half Life (1), The Specialists (Matrix action mod for HL) and DFO - Dungeon Fighter Online (Arcade-style MMORPG of cute funniocity!)

So, I've been looking at this DayZ (A mod for Arma II Combined Operations) and I have to say...I'm intrigued. I understand the whole zombie thing is getting fairly stale but after watching a few videos on DayZ, I think it would be cool. Essentially, you have to scavenge for food, supplies and weapons so that you can survive against the undead and bandits. Bandits? Yes...bandits. Groups of players actually work together to kill other players and steal their items. Next Friday I will be picking this up on Steam, however I may just wait for Day Z to become a stand alone game. If you guys are interested, let me know. If you have any questions, click the link below!

Bumping this up because it's a good idea.
