Furry-Within

Just to bring up a question. We have a lot of characters and whatnot willing to think, do, and deliver what is needed to save the world on the roleplay status. But what about the badguys?

With the occasional sadist (which make up a good majority of them) there aren't that many really good and well thought out antithesis characters out there. Anyone willing to play a badguy that isn't some slapped together, cookie cutter, opposite side of the light kind of guy?

Mind you, I have a few in mind. >: )

Well, I've always rooted for the villain in my history regardless. Also I've always enjoyed playing the badguy in RPs and other places, so if you're looking for a bad guy . . . then please, come to my lair and let's make a deal.

considering we've got a lot of characters on this site that have backstory that may implicate them for being on the 'good' side.
I'm curious to see what kind of roleplays can be done where it isn't quite a story of beating the baddie, as it is as to making the baddie or a villain succeeding against the forces that rose up to stop them.


Just throwing it out there really to see who is looking to see who wants to start a sort of 'good v bad' roleplay here. With sides being drawn and whatnot.

*does not honestly rp here since well.. a while with good reason Buuuut* I am perfectly capable of playing a villain

I'm looking for 'Bad' overall.

Going for their own goals, working to destroy and maim, as well as knock over the occasional hotdog stand for cash.

But honestly, just the bad apples. If they are bad but lean towards helping instead of harming, that isn't what were looking for. 

I do not have any "Bad Guys" on my list of characters, but I do have one or two "Anti-hero" types that might come off as bad guys. One I was thinking alot of lately isn't exactly "good" Works to her own ends really, but not really like "Maim, kill, eat dead babies" evil.

I'd say Dyrik's a bad apple.  Doesn't work so much to destroy and maim but is single minded in his pursuit of goals and if destroying and maiming is part of that then so be it but he definitely thinks only of himself and Kiko (of course).  ;P

Celi enjoys getting things his way and revels in the despair of others, besides, being a good guy is over rated.

So far this is looking promising.

Only one rule for this roleplay I might add.

No character may be added lest they have an equal opposing character.

Which means no limits to the character and their abilities, but they must have a conflicting power on the other side (good or evil) to act as a counter balance. (This is to stop simple and overpowered characters from being...well overpowered.  )

Starting here soon, I'll have a lot more time for this sort of thing.  That said, I definitely have a few backstories/personalities in mind that fit this pretty well.

Nice. I'll start a thread for good and evil applications here soon, and shortly after that the two threads to start this off.

Both threads will be the start of the roleplay itself. One for the good guys, gathering together to talk about the evil guys gathering together. And the other for the evil guys, putting aside singular world domination in place of eliminating the problem of the good guys stopping them.

This will continue on to other threads, and individual roleplays outside of the threads and even the chat.

Battles between characters, nemesis characters or not, will be requested by one player to the other. So as to not have some of the more powerful characters from bumping off weaker ones with impunity.

No character is off limits as long as you abide by the one rule stated earlier in this thread. No yin without a yang. But be warned, you may be challenged by other players. Either you can sit at home base and watch everyone else do the work, or you can get out there and work towards your goals, for good or evil.
